Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the Sales Manager to contribute to an annual plan and managing customers to meet targeted goals.
  • Meet sales revenue targets across a portfolio of accounts through successful retention, management and development.
  • Taking customer requirements and efficiently implementing them through the business.
  • To forecast and report on customer revenue and profitability.
  • To hold internal and external customer review meetings/presentations on a regular basis.
  • Working closely with the New Product Development Team on customer projects.
Skills and Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a B2B environment.
  • Nutraceutical/Food Supplement related experience advantageous/preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management.
  • Growth and development of customer accounts.
  • To take leads and assume full responsibility for the customer’s needs.
  • Working with technical and product development teams.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Full driving license and own car.
Personal Skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Have a "can do" attitude and be solution-focused.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative.
  • Capable of completing duties on time whilst maintaining a high quality service.
  • Must have a sense of humour, positive approach and work well within a team.
  • Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
  • Be proactive, motivated and a self-starter.
Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
