ParkAcre invited to lead discussion at the very first Food Matters Live Conference.

On Tuesday 18th November 2014, ParkAcre led a conference discussion on the opening day of Food Matters Live.

Food Matters Live is a new annual event held at London’s Excel. This conference addresses one of the most important issues of our time: the relationship between food, health and nutrition and involves a number of high profile experts in the industry.

“We are launching Food Matter Live because we believe there is real need for key stakeholders in this sector to work more closely – both to find better solutions to the impact of diet upon health – and to stimulate further innovation and developments in our food and drink industry,” commented David Wood, Director of Food Matters Live.
As a well-respected contract manufacturer, we believe it is our duty to support the industry by promoting positive changes while protecting customers and allowing them to make informed decisions.

ParkAcre’s speaker Eric Hilton (Business Strategy), a recognised expert in the Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical sector, led the discussion on aligning standards between pharmaceuticals and food.

He said: “It was an honour for ParkAcre to be in the same company as top nutritional experts and invited to lead one of the sessions.”

“There are a number of immediate challenges we face regarding aligning standards between pharmaceuticals and food but the most important for us is addressing our consumer’s needs which are continually changing. We endeavour to provide the best advice possible and adapt to these changing needs by providing the most advanced products on the market,” Eric Hilton continued.

ParkAcre continue to collaborate with the experts, organisations and industry bodies we have met at Food Matters Live 2014. These relationships will help to introduce new strategies in order to deliver more innovative nutrition in the industry and strive for quality together.
